The main personnel behind this is Mr Vincent Thanikkal who has varied experience as the chief Chef of a leading hotel group in the Middle East ably assisted by his son Mr Sindo Vincent. Mr Sindo Vincent has more than 15 years’ experience in marketing and sales of food products and other FMCG products in different MNCs across India.
The meat and seafood industry in our country is largely unorganised. There is an urgent intervention required in this segment to make sure the quality and neatness of the products we purchase. Our expertise lies at all stages right from sourcing, cleaning, cutting, packing and delivery.
